CALIFORNIA CITY PAGEANTS Saturday, April 24th California City HIGH School Wow! What an event The California City Chamber of Commerce is pleased to introduce our new Miss California City 2010 Cayli Becker. Cayli is a student at California City High School and a long time resident of California City. We are proud to have her represent the Chamber and look forward to amazing things from her this year. | On April 8, 2010, Little Miss California City 2009 Alexis Breen presents Karen Sanders,president of the Chamber of Commerce, with a Photo expressing thanks for all of their support throughout her reign as Little Miss California City. |
| On May 29th, the California City Chamber of Commerce held a Casino Night in an effort to raise money for the California City High School. The event was a success and beside all the prizes and fun, one lucky winner: Curley Beverly, received a Vegas Trip package from Karen Sanders, President of the California City Chamber. Miss California City, Cayli Becker also helped during the event. |
| Board meetings are held on the 1st Thursday of each month at 6pm at the Chamber of Commerce (Sprague Building). There is no board meeting in July. |
| The Chamber of Commerce congratulates our 2010 Scholarship winners...Kelsey Evans who will be attending Brigham Young University- Hawaii in the Fall and Marlena Schafer. Marlena has not yet decided on where she will be attending. |
